The Preliminaries

When a request is made for an assessment of a property we will respond by immediately sending confirmation of the appointment, our terms and conditions (see here) and a seller questionnaire.

To proceed you will need confirm the date and time of the appointment in writing and return the questionaire (during the assessment if necessary).

We will complete the assessment at the appointed time and have the EPC ready for you within 5 days.
